About WireBasics

WireBasics was developed in direct response to our customers requesting an economical continuity tester capable of detecting shorts, opens, and miswires in harnesses and cables with 32 points or less. The specific request was based on the apparent trend of the larger test equipment manufacturers to produce testers with many more features and a larger number of test points resulting in higher prices even on their entry level products.

With the release of the new WireBasics product line we have expanded operations into the Test Equipment market. Several additional products are currently in the development stage which will broaden the product line making WireBasics a competitor in the low end to mid range test equipment market.

WireBasics is a product of ACE Inc. (Anderson Custom Electronics Inc.) Located in Anderson Indiana. ACE plans to expand this line of equipment into higher end products but also pledges to continue the production of very affordable units with basic features. The entry level products such as the CT-16 will continue to offer alternatives for the individual or company that produces primarily simple, low wire count assemblies, that require full digital testing to assure quality.
